New Face Group or Chile Management - Another Scam
This is just an update on my previous post. My Thursday schedules aren't really tight, so I decided to try to get some of my personal stuff done today. I wanted to get my hair cut but I didn't have enough time when I dropped by the Salon. I gave Starz People a call and filled in my information again for them and updated my photos. I went to have lunch with the girls at Dreamodel and was hoping to get pictures done with them but I didn't have enough time for that. Lunch was crazy, we waited so long for a table for four and I had to get back to work by 2:15 because I was on standby to teach. Luckily I didn't have to take that class.
I received a call in the afternoon on my way back to Tin Hau from "Ah Dee" from New Face Group (NF Group). He wanted to call me up to take my measurements so that they can go get clothes for me. Now there are several key points I'm going to point out that I notice happens in companies like this. I can not say for certain that they are out to scam people for their money, but I have a strong feeling that they're not a very legit modelling company.
1) The first time I was picked off the street, near Lee Gardens in Causeway Bay, they provided very little information about their company. They gave me a card for a Dee Siu, the Asst. Production Manager, but the email address is just some yahoo.com.hk mail address.
2) When I pressed them further for information one of the ladies in charge intentionally changed the subject on me. She wanted to talk about me, get friendly with me, get to know me. I played along a bit, but I was always wondering when she would get back to giving me more information.
3) They showed me material that they produced or had models work at, and they pretty much were the same as Dragon Eight's (D8). Just looking around I never got the feeling they were a real modelling company. I had just come from the offices of two modelling agencies that day as well.
4) Today I decided to call them to arrange my meeting earlier. If they really wanted my measurements it should be quick. I was finished at Starz People in less than 30 minutes. I was rushed to meet up with Janice and her brother for dinner. They kept me waiting around in the reception area for a while. While I was waiting I noticed several people walking in and out, picked up off the street by Mr. "Ah Dee".
5) Into the office I went finally. The usual pitch is to tell you they have work for you already. They may not say it out right but they'll try to lead you to think that picking up a job is a sure thing. They started to compliment me, and generally tried to make me feel as if I was the perfect person for this job. The lady, I never really got her name she wouldn't even give me a business card, was trying to pressure me into signing up for things like a photo shoot with her own people. She said her people were cheaper than a 3rd party and she believes in the quality of their work. I asked if I could do my pictures outside, she replied that she doesn't feel comfortable with work from the outside. She quickly adds in that she doesn't want to waste time, she hates when people waste time, and that if I'm serious about this line of work, then I should just sign up for the $900 some odd HKD photo shoot. I told her I wasn't comfortable with it, she kept pressing for when I would get the photos done just so I can get the pictures to her. When I insisted that I would have to think about it she hinted that I was wasting her time and let me leave.
I've never had these experiences except at Dragon Eight Limtied (D8). New Face Group (NF Group) really stinks of being a scam. I managed to grab a few photos of the environment plus a link to their "actual" management company, Chile Management.
In a sense I wasted a lot of time with these people. But I'm hoping I can get this information out on the internet so that other people are aware of a potential scam that's going on.

Hi. I was also approached by New Face Group just last Saturday, and was cautious as they did not have a website. This time I was approached by a guy called Daniel Ho (also Asst Production Mgr), who was extremely persistent (called me up 3 times since), so I decided to do some research and came across your post. So do you have any other advice or clues to whether this is a legitimate/professional firm... I guess not though...
Honestly from the first time I was up in the office I had a bad feeling. They were so tricky with the way they handled questions. I was very specific about finding out more about the company and they intentionally tried to turn the conversation into something about me. I'm no professional model but I've been to a an agency or two, I have some friends in the industry, and I've been to a couple of castings myself. When I went up to D8 I had a very similar treatment. They bring up your hopes first, they hint at jobs for you (that they're measuring you so they can bring in clothes) they tell you the pay so you're thinking about making money already, and they just want you to invest a little into taking pictures and stuff. I was still thinking about how serious she was about asking me to take pictures with their company when she was pushing me to give her my time table and for me the sign their contract. I told her I would think about it and she wouldn't even give me a card. They also told me the first job I do has to be free. The other agencies I've been in took snaps (standard frontal, 45, full body) and I had casting calls just based on those snaps. To seriously model I'm sure you need a com card but I guess it all depends how far you want to take this. It smells fishy to me, I saw another tall totally unmodel like guy happily pick up his pictures while I was waiting in the reception area.
hey I was picked up by NFG a guy named "Dicky Wong" so-called "production manager" who gave me a very simple card for the introduction at Lee Garden. I was just questioning about this company. If they do operate the model business legally, there should be some official website to talk about their history n stuff. It sounds weird tho. Hmmm..since you are the only one to mention about this company, but very Thanks!!

I'm sorry to hear about so many people getting tricked / fooled / scammed. Maybe if a few anonymous posters would like to post their stories. I don't know what happens afterwards because I never went that far. You can send me an email if you want me to help post your story.
On 7th Nov, at about 5:30pm, near Sogo, there was a short Chinese guy called Dicky Chow, production manager, stopped me and talked to me. In the beginning, I really didn't know what he was talking about. But he quickily bring me to his company,NF Group. I was shooked by him. When I first entered into the company, I found that there was something tricky. He asked me to fill in the form. Later, he asked to walk into a room and used the v-cam to capture my look and asked me something personnel. After that, he told me he would called me if there is a job for me one week before.
Can anyone tell me whether this company is legal or not?
I went back to NF group twice. Once to fill out their general information, the other time they asked me to go back to take measurements. When I've head measurements done before, they were simple and fast. I've seen snap shot pictures made into cards (similar to com cards but not exactly the same) used by some companies, they just show a close up face shot, 2x 45 degree face shots and a full body shot. They charged nothing for this, and using this card they can pass your information to production houses and advertising companies. To really model, people have Com/Zen cards but for some reason I don't think this company should ask you to pay money to take pictures especially since you are only free lance and you're not even their contract model.
Some people might be able to get jobs from them. But, I think it is strange. They even asked me to do one free shoot because of lack of experience. But even your first shoot should be paid, what will they do with that money after you finish your shoot? Will they use your photo to trick other people?

I was approached by NF's production mgr, Ivan, couple days ago and went to their office for v-cam shot yesterday. Awared of the freakish, I filled in the form without disclosing much personal info like ID, Address and Bank a/c, etc. Now knowing NF is such a scam,I dont think i will waste any time with them anymore... But just worry that they will use my video clip without my consent. And I don't think there is anything we can do to stop this... well, let's take this as a lesson to learn!

I was walking around at City Super at Times Square today and caught by this "Dicky Chow", Production Manager, same as the person said before, done w/ that v-cam thing, very weird and funny feeling...
Anyway, I told him that I am super busy and therefore just did that v-cam thing...
He was totally persuasive, I told him that, "Why me? Except tall, I am fat, I don't look good ... blah blah blah ..." and then he said things like "Oh ... but I have so many jobs for you to do during Xmas, like taking pix for restaurants, you know eating and stuff like that ... blah blah blah ... besides, I think you are cute and sometimes we don't like to use models that are too "skinny" ...
ahaha...
yah right...like no model agency exists in HK, tons of them are looking for "skinny" models la, TOTALLY A FRAUD!! DON'T trust them...

I was approached by a guy name Sunny Chan from FN group today and was approached by another person from their agency two weeks ago. Last time i didn't take their card, but today I told him that I am in a rush maybe he can give me his card then i will think about it, just to let me have something to look at at my store. However, they don't even take the time to make a website for me look at, really disappointing at their faking skills.
OH, and last time I told that guy that I am not photogenic and he said don't need to be o.O""" which is the first time i ever heard from these agencies. But don't u guys just love to collect their fake business cards =P?!

Hi, i reckon i was tricked either, i was also invited by a man called Dicky in the end of jan. And i was asked to get some measurement by Miss Ng yesterday, and she showed me different ads done by their talents. Afterwards, I paid for the studio shots yesterday, but i am not an expert in this field of area, so i am confused they are really scam and if i am possible to get back my negatives? Can anyone give me more advices? I really appreciate all the comments from this blog, thanks very much.
The question is, has anyone actually gone and did the "free" job for them? Did anyone get any other jobs after the free job? They could possibly be promoting certain people but trying to get as many people to join as possible to collect money from everyone. I hated how they tended to avoid my questions and they don't respond to you in any straight fashion. If that Ms. ng is the same girl who wanted to take my measurements she might have shown you a photo album of her going to some events.
I never made it as far as putting down money so they always pretended to be mad with me for "wasting their time". That is also one of their tactics.

This is just a thought I had randomly in the shower. The people or have seen that work at agencies like Starzpeople, HK Genesis, and Dreamodels are all girls.
But at New Face Group (NF) I've only seen one lady aside from the reception. I haven't been back up to their office since, but all the "production managers" stopping people randomly off the street (and you can totally tell it isn't their part-time job. They literally are working to find people off the street) are all guys. Has anyone seen a booker at their office? Someone with the job title of a booker?

I think for sure you should pick up your photos. Let us know what they want to do after you have your photos taken. I never made it that far in the process. I'm wondering if they will push you to make a Comp Card. What did you get out of the $960 photo package? You paid for those already, those photos belong to you.
If you've picked up your photos and actually have job calls from New Face Group let us know your story. I really don't understand how they can force people to work for free. They will get paid for any job you do. You should also get paid.

I just did the casting (the videocam thing and a few still shots) today and was very stupid to fill out my PERSONAL information on the form (like ID number and full name!) I'm very worried now that they might use these information for illegal stuff. I would definitely not pick up their calls from now on. well ...let's continue my story today (while i was worrying their scam last week)... received call from NF yesterday - noticed me about photos taken from the studio last week (paid $960)were back to them and also about getting me first job - photo taking for magazine one next thur nite ...and asked me to their office asap.
arrived their office today and ms. ng gae me back the VCD of my photos but kept 7 best photos for their co's references (p.s. the set of 36 photos were not good enough because of the skills of photographer - a small home studio located in prince edward and the photogragher handled make-up too)...then informed me about the details of the job -- i will be paid $300/hr. which taking photos for "pinky??" magazine which make-up and hair styling will be provided next thurs etc, i will get the money 45days after the job done with NF is entiled to commission of 20% to the job ...
at the moment i was happy but suddenly she asked me for preparing to pay $21,200 for the composite card (250pcs), training course for make-up and modelling, as well as annual fee for information (my photos and profile) posting on their website which catering their customers can login to choose...
i was shocked but knowing that she's showing the real face of getting a huge amount of money instead of finding me a job ... as i was in fashion marketing before and i know the costs of comp card production etc., so i insisted to make it myself ...i also claimed i had no money so ms. ng agreed and did not need me to attend the training course too ...but i MUST pay the website fee at $4,900 now ... then she proposed i pay $1,800 first then balance ($3,100) will be deduced from my jobs - payment ... of course, i hesitated and didn't give her money ..so she asked me go back to consider it but the job is pending ...
i don't care what she said about all her models had paid over $20,000 before getting the jobs ...i queried in front of her how she guarantees getting me enough jobs ..she says she has no problems to propose suitable models to magazines and newspapers with her relationships which easily find me jobs ..like one of her part-time model can get 25 jobs per months ...oh no...
of course i rushed out from her office and now just worry about leaving my personal information and few photos to her today...ai, anyway i should be very careful about this but hope everyone must alert the progress that may happen before become a bad experience ...
Wow, thanks a lot for your story. I think that is really helpful. I'm starting to understand what is going on.
1) The $960 photo shoot commits you to spending money. Often times people don't want to feel their money is wasted and they may "chase" to the end. This happens in the card game poker. Of course not everyone wants to chase, but some people can't lose...
2) I asked a friend of mine at a well known agency and she mentioned that Comp Cards can be expensive because:
i) You need to pay to have your card designed or you choose from a template at the agency
ii) If you don't have photos then you need to hire the photographer, make-up artist, stylist, studio costs, etc...
Apparently each agency is different.
Why are they asking you to pay the website fee when they don't even have a website? Someone should ask them about that...
I think that story will really help other people. I have the feeling many people paid for their photos. I don't know how well the photographer does or how happy people are with their photos, but afterwards many people will probably be presented with the same options.
I'll have to ask my model friends how many jobs they get a month, 20 seems like a lot to promise, and you have to go to castings in between your jobs.
New Face, an curly hair chinese man with blacky teeth after smoking scouted me saying they are for TVC and kept on asking me which company i am. I just know these tricky stuff, i questioned him and saying he is impolite by asking me lots of stuff but not introducing himself, then he is so rude and turned away. See, u know who they r then. No way to treat me ugly man!!! OMG, New Face is a new tricky co after the d8 and universal...... BAD BAD BAD.
thinking of the whole thing about going to NFG office for "casting" last week, i feel very stupid that i actually believed that they are a real agency. first while i was waiting at the recepton, there was a lady yelling at someone about how he should get that newspaper job done now. she intentionally made me feel like they are actually doing something with newspaper and they are very busy with jobs. then the reception lady made a few phone calls (at the reception) and asked some "models" to take a skincare job. she got rejected by the first model she called and she was talking with another reception lady about how difficult to find a model. they made it sound like they have many jobs on hand but they don't have enough models to take them all. think about it, how would a receptionist book a model at the reception? should it be handled by someone other than a receptionist? plus their office is not so small that planning a job for a model can only take place at the reception, right? everything seems so weird to me now. their office is very lousy too, without any trace of modelling. i got calls from Sunny again saying that they have jobs waiting for me. i'm really scared now that i never pick up / return his calls. i feel stupid but i'm glad that i came across this site. thanks everyone.
Around one month ago, I paid $960 to New Face Group for photo shooting, and last two weeks before, they offered me a job for newspaper and recommend me to Salon Film Company to Kowloon Tong for casting. Now I search this blog, I feeling very stupid, who can tell me shall I pick up New Face Group job or not for the future??
actually, the agency manager will ask you to get the photos at their office and mentioned about a job that ready for you. even ask you to sign for the job sheet to confirm the job next week. so when you are at their office, that will be the opportunity for them to get your money. however, for safely preparation, better NOT to money or credit card, i believe if they really assign one job and find you are potential, they will offer the job for you.
ms. ng, the production manager logon to show me their model's profiles at their website - their clients will have password to login and choose suitable model ... i found that there are many many model's pictures and profiles on it - this is what she asked me to pay $4,900/year and they will post my pictures/profile on it ....
somehow, if you are really have interests to be their long-term part-time model, you can try but ....good luck then!!!

前天我day-off 16/4/2007下午大概5點左右當我路過銅鑼灣時代廣場附近，一個叫Edmond Chow的人，說一大堆恭維話之類,我點點點和有一個啥政府宣傳廣告不夠人手之類想找一些過22歲，身高過172的男生拍.......上去整個登記個程也是十多分鐘左右，也是tempest7提供過的照片和地方！然後填了一份個人資料，其實一些敏感的資料我也沒填，尤其是要戶口或信用卡的這部份，其他的也填了！其實他們有我們的住址和身份證號碼會不會亂拿來做一些非法的行為？？真的有點怕！！還有，當他介紹我他們公司之前接拍過啥廣告硬照之類的file時，我瞧過也沒啥明星或我認識的名模，我想全都是亂來的二打六工作時拍出來騙人的吧！然後我離開他們的公司時，走到利園至恩平道附近，又遇到他們公司的人，不會吧？？他又用差不多的口吻來介紹和恭維話，我趕時間沒心情理會他，只答他之前沒多久也碰到像您這些所謂model公司的人，我給他之前的卡片看，他也給我他的卡片瞧瞧，原來他們是同伙的！他們真閒，這麼多時間出來騙人，不怕遲早有報應？？@@
還要在銅鑼灣街頭四處騙人，真過份耶！

我想問下,之前我己影左相, 後來佢地叫我到灣仔客人公司做試鏡, 之後兩日new face n group 比电話我話客人揀左我做商場poster shooting, 人工$300/hour, 但係我問朋友佢地話做model起碼$800/hour, 但係我問返 new face 點解坩小, 佢地話客人冇budget所以先尹d新人, 究竟佢地講既係唔係真呢?

I was also approached by " Edmund Chow " yesterday and also took a video clip at this office. I also filled in a form and unfortunately I have filled in my HKID no, email address and home address. I did not give them any other information.
The today i went up to take measurement but that lady did not ask me to pay the $960 for those photo shots.
she only showed me some of their ' production ' on newspaper and magazines and even advertisement on Road Show. Then she asked for my personal time table and said she will call me when there is job available.
She said that for those shots for newspaper, i.e. those for promoting a product, each photo shot took about 30-45 mins and i will receive a pay of about only $ 200-300 for each photo session, they will charge 80% of it .... anyway i had not experience in casting or modelling and i just took it as a game for fun; but for sure i will not give them any large amount of money, will not give them my credit card or bank account no.
now I even regret giving them my HKID no, email , home address and mobile phone no and took that stupid free video clip
Just see if they really call me for any of those photo taking job in future

I was approached by Mr. Edmond Chow (Production Manager) at Lee Garden this evening, he said they are now looking for some office ladies for their advertisement and said i'm quite suitable for them and ask my height. Then, he keeps asking me to use 5 mins to casting in their office, which located near Lee Garden. At the same time, I'm afraid he is a liar so that I rejected him and finally he gave me his namecard and ask me to leave my mobile number to him. He said he will call me these few days. the story is i went up to office twice.
at first i was approched by a guy called Brain near times square, then I gave him my no, thats why he called after few days.
After that i went up for simple photo shots and info filling.
second time, that guy told me they have got client/ jobs for me, so wanna do some production arrangment. We made time to meet that production group, but finally i didnt show up with any notice.
After a week, that guy call me again for interviewing, for 5 mins..then i was in causwayBay, so i went up again.
this time , do again with the photo shot and do some drama expression. Like he is having a tvc job and needs me to act..so thats why ask me to come up this time.
that woman ms Ng, is coming to room n say measure my body, n talk to me about as u guys heard,abt the website, photo shooting.., how to desperate the salary..anyhow, i did paid the 960 for that.
just think that if cheat me 960 , there is not point as this is a small amount...
but its still lucky to know this website , as i was back from overseas, i have no idea about these stuff. So gal, gotta watch out. dunt chase it!!!

i join new face group one month already, last week they arranged me to their client office for casting in north point and when i waiting for casting, i saw some different agency's models come for same job casting, i think new face group's client have contact other agency models for their job casting.

Suppose i will go to take that photos on last monday, but i request to change date, they nearly not allow me to change.
afterthat, they permit me to write a letter to them for change of photo shooting date.
then today (friday)to confrim i am going to take picture next week for that i paid $960.
today the woman just call and said " are u serious to do this kind of job? " then i said "whts the problem"
then she said..her company not allowing me to take now..as i fly their production house plane before.n they said will refund it to me..i feel so good that..as i think they will ask me for more photo shooting with paying money , or somehow the pc card those thing.
so i feel so glad that i can get that back money.
but somehow its weird that if they want to cheat me for 960 , but willnig to refund to me..
but anyway..if u guys reli want to be a model, better trust the big model angency!

actually, they have job provide for models but take their job before, you must provie your owner photos. if you have't, they will referral their photograph, of cos they will charge $960.

hey ppl. Really glad to see this site. I was almost being cheated by those jerks. so I went there 2 times, the 2nd time was tonite. That lady asked me to pay $960 for some kinda sample shooting photos. I didnt pay them coz I started to suspect them. But I did signed and filled out the forms and give them my info. e.g. HKID#. I am worried if they will do anything bad to me with those signed unknown documents.
They are still active. I was approached by a guy yesterday near Time Square. Luckly seeing this blog before I take any step to get contact with this com.
i am so nervous now,because i have just paid $960 for this New Face Group. I think i am so stupid that I couldnot search the website before go to this company. They just make appointment to me to take photo shoot tomorrow. I think i will not go and must call that evil woman to pay back my money, is it possible? and I am worried that I've signed some doucments that related to my HKID and sth. i have cancelled the appointment with the photographer although I have already paid that $960. Yesterday, I came to their company and do the cancellation. I got back the HKID and EPS copy and I saw they chop the cancellation shop onto those documents I signed. Then I recevied the cheque from them, it's $952.8. About $7 is the service charge for EPS. Let's see the cheque works or not.

Today the guy call Sunny from new face group call me to measure size, fitting. Same case, tell me to paid $ 960 to take photo. When i was thinking dunno if i pay it or not,the gril who interview me saying lots of necessary reasons, and finally i had pay it by eps...
After that the girl tell me to go to price edward to take photo in today. When i arrive there, also have another girl was waiting to take photo.
Then the woman start to have make up to us and tell us to practise some pose. but when she start the make up for me, i feel she was very un-professional and the make up was damn ugly.
I really wanna give her a fuck at that time, those ugly make up make me sick, and no hairstyle-ing had do it for me, it was un-finish, and i was thinking why will i doing such a nonsense things.
After that she take out some clothes let us to change and those clothes was ugly or in very sexy way, little cloth. I was shocked and feel very un-respect. And i know that it was sth wrong...
Finally i back home and have a search, now i know the truth, i had cheated!...
i am very angry now, what can i do?...so many ppl had cheated also... can we call police? let do sth to stop those fucker to contuine to cheat ppl!
Actually I ran into some problems because of this blog entry. I was debating about whether I should make a blog entry about it or not but in the end I decided not to. I've already sent my reply a long time ago, but I haven't heard their reply.
They had a law firm send me a letter sometime ago. Now, I have to confirm that as a company they hold that they have always been a legitimate company and with how things are done you can not exactly say that they have done anything wrong.
They asked you for money to give you their services; photo taking, composite card production, and website listing.
These are all legitimate things an agency can do. They are considered a talent agency I suppose.
From my own personal experinece, and my own opinion, I did not like the way they conducted their business. I'm glad people have been posting their experiences (good or bad) because it at least helps educate other people.

2月到有日我DAY-OFF,下午當我路過銅鑼灣時代廣場附近屈臣士個位，我行街遇到一個男人叫DANIEL HO(ASST.PRODUCTION MANAGER),話有咩有一個政府宣傳廣告不夠人手之類想找一些新面孔去接拍,上去整個登記個程也是十多分鐘左右，也是tempest7提供過的照片和地方！然後填了一份個人資料，基本名就填左,而敏感的資料我都沒填，尤其是要戶口或信用卡,之後佢影左一張大頭, 一張全身相,再叫我介紹自己拍左CASTING,之後話好快有JOB搵我!
過左兩日, 佢地打電話俾我就話有個客人想見下我,叫我上去佢OFFICE, 點知上到去, 佢地會問你上黎做咩, 完全無RECORD!之後就有一條女叫MISS NG接見, 第一次見佢,佢說一大堆恭維話之類,咁我立即直接問佢一句:"洗唔洗俾錢先?"佢愕然一下,之後笑哂話傻啦,點解要俾錢先?咁我話之前我見過有D MODEL公司又要交呢樣交個樣TOTAL 成$20,000學化妝學擺POST,MISS NG就好堅決話:我話你知"我地呢到一蚊都唔洗俾!"之後又影左一張大頭, 一張全身相,之後話好快有JOB搵我!不過,佢問我有無造型相,咁幾年前個D就有,佢就話要我影,可以自己搵,咁如果經佢搵可以$960 (36張包一筒菲林),咁我之前影過都過千蚊一輯,咁覺得$960都算OK,就算無JOB都可以當留念,就俾啦!
影相當日去左太子金鳳扒房隔離舊樓一條小樓梯,上左一樓就有間房仔影相,呢個女攝影師我幾年前都俾佢影過,SET頭化妝影相一手包辦,攝影既快搶手!不過,本來我以為影CASUAL LOOK黎方便接JOB, 之後女攝影師CHOOSE左D比較勁既衫叫我換左佢,不過好彩最後輯相都幾好!但留意佢用既係數碼相機,之後話會燒番隻碟加36張相俾我!
之後上番去佢地OFFICE見個MISS NG睇相,我同自己講,影完相之後,今次我唔會再俾一毫子!上到去,佢勁讚D相,叫我選擇6-7張相,佢用黎放上網俾客人睇, 咁我選擇6-7張相之後, MISS NG立即講話整咩個人網頁加整個人資料既POST咭大概千幾蚊, 之後佢第一次比佢既咭片俾我,上面有佢既手寫手提, 話有咩唔明搵佢, 之後俾張野你簽, 留意:連個名都要你親自寫,好奇怪! 佢既說話我一頭霧水, 我當然睇清楚, 份野寫要俾萬幾蚊,咁我問佢你頭先唔係話千幾蚊包個人網頁加POST咭咩, MISS NG就好似想兇我喇, 佢就話”咩呀, 你明唔明姐, 你唔識化妝加擺POST,你認唔認先?” ,咁我話”你第一日搵我都知架啦” MISS NG話咁你咩都唔識, 就要搵人教你囉, 又話咩教康華擺POST既師父,又話教化妝, “咁總共咪二萬幾囉,你明唔明姐”, 更加一頭霧水! 千幾變萬幾再變二萬幾, 佢勁兇我, 表現好似唔耐煩, 好似我講極唔明咁, 咁我一路都好冷靜, 咁之後我就追問佢個人網頁加POST咭即係幾多錢, 佢就話 “咩呀, 你明唔明姐,千幾蚊係一個月呀", 咁一年咪萬二囉, 包一年個人網頁加POST咭” 咁我話我唔會比囉, 我接JOB係搵錢唔係先比一舊錢, 咁佢好串咁話我咁麻煩, 怕我半夜三更打俾佢煩到佢,就攞番佢自己張咭片,之後話你唔想上堂學化妝加擺POST既, 咪ONLY交萬幾蚊囉, 仲有無問題先, 我話有, 因為我連個萬幾蚊都無諗住俾, 有MODAL公司包會POST咭或扣JOB錢, 而唔會叫MODAL俾錢, 佢立即話咁扣JOB囉, 咁我話: “如果一年交$12000, 每份JOB當我有$300(每小時), 我一年要免費做40份或40小時既JOB先開始有錢收, 我唔會囉! MODAL係你公司既搵食工具, 去宣傳係你公司既職責, 每份JOB你都抽左20%啦?” 佢最後話唔整網頁同POST咭都得,勁問我 “咩呀, 咁你而家明唔明姐?”最後,一蚊我都無俾,佢就話會繼續搵JOB俾我, 之後到而家, 佢地成日搵人打俾我問我接唔接D報紙JOB同D勁URGENT既JOB囉,我都無理佢地!

For you to say that NFG as a scam company is totally unfair to them. They are a legitimate no-life a-hole ugly with bunch of son-of-a b***hes group company. You shouldn't disgrace them by making people think that they try to scam innocent girls they pick up on streets and force them to pay UNREASONABLE FEE (which they claim the girls have the choice whether to pay or not).You can say only that they have really bad-selling skill and using young girls' innocence to give those girls empty dreams. This is just my opinion but I don't know what kind of ppl would actually open up a scam-like (see I use the word "scam-like"?!?!) company and still would be able to sleep at night?!?!
Actually I had call police and they say can't help me. Because their company are legal and using the gray area, just using some trick to cheat people pay money quick. And they will have a bunch of motherfucker lawyer to back up, difficult to catch them.
Maybe we can go to Consumer Council report them. Or lets report to some media, newspaper / radio / and here to 唱衰佢! Don’t let them to cheat people anymore!

1.1營商手法細則
1.1.1 本文件闡述常見的不良營商手法,予行
業商會及專業團體在制定實務守則的時
候作參考,經營者不應採用該等手法,
損害消費者的權益。
1.1.2 本文件向經營者提示現行法例規定及法
例以外的消費者保障原則。本文件參考
了美國、英國、加拿大及澳洲規範經營
者行為的法例,和內地所採用的原則。
1.1.3 此外,更建議經營者採納法例要求以外
的良好經營行為,以加強消費者的信
心,締造利好的營商環境。文件中常用
的名詞「人士」包括獨資經營者、合伙
經營者、公司或其他從事貿易或商業的
實體。
1.1.4 本文件列舉下列實施細則:
(1) 誤導或欺騙的行為
(2) 失實或誤導的陳述
(3) 不合情理的行為
(4) 不良的廣告及推銷手法
(5) 不公平的銷售手法
(6) 消費者交易所隱含的條件及保證條款
1.2 誤導或欺騙的行為
1.2.1 經營者不可作出實際或有可能誤導或欺
騙顧客的行為。現行法則和普通法就欺
詐或欺騙行為採用一般性的處理手法。
本細則闡述可能構成誤導或欺騙的行
為,涉及例如價格、產品特性、招聘服
務及未來履行的陳述等。
(1) 可能構成誤導或欺騙的行為:經營
者不得故意作出誤導或欺騙顧客或
作出有可能構成誤導或欺騙顧客的
行為。
(2) 招聘有關的誤導行為:經營者不得
在招聘廣告上,就有關職位的空
缺、工作性質、聘用條款、或其他
有關事項,誤導求職者。
(3) 不完整的價格標示:經營者不得只
陳述部分價格,除非同時標明產品
或服務價格的總值,包括是否涉及
服務費、佣金及其數額等。
(4) 涉及未來事項的陳述:經營者若沒
有合理依據而作出涉及未來事項的
陳述(包括答應做或拒絕去做任何
事情),該陳述可當作為誤導性陳
述。
1.3 失實或誤導的陳述
1.3.1 經營者不可作出失實或誤導的陳述。本
細則就失實或誤導陳述作出界定。包括
產品銷售、服務供應和商業推廣上的失
實或誤導陳述。一般來說,經營者不可:
(1) 對產品的標準、品質、價值、級別、
成份、款式、型號、歷史或過往的
用途作失實的陳述;
(2) 對服務的標準、質素、價值或級別
作失實的陳述;
(3) 聲稱為全新貨品,但事實並非如此;
(4) 聲稱某人已答應採用該產品或服
務,但事實並非如此;
(5) 聲稱產品或服務獲贊助、認可;具
某些功能、特點、配件、用途或帶
來某些好處,但事實並非如此;
(6) 聲稱該商號擁有贊助、認可或聯
系,但事實並非如此;
(7) 對產品或服務的價格,作出失實或
誤導的陳述;
(8) 對產品的配件或維修設施,作出失
實或誤導的陳述;
(9) 對產品的產地來源,作出失實或誤
導的陳述;
(10) 對產品或服務的需求,作出失實或
誤導的陳述;或
(11) 對產品或服務的供應、供應的條
件、保證條款、擔保或補救措施所
包括範圍及效果,作出失實或誤導
的陳述。
1.4 不合情理的行為
1.4.1 經營者為消費者提供產品或服務時,不
得作出不合情理的行為。《不合情理合約
條例》(第458章)賦予法庭權力對受到
不合情理合約約束的消費者提出濟助
(relief)。在決定某合約是否不合情理
時,法庭會考慮經營者有否對消費者施
加不當的影響或壓力、或運用任何不公
平的手法等。
1.4.2 《不合情理合約條例》所規範的行為事
項與本細則所述者相似。下列因素可作
為指標,以衡量經營者的行為是否屬不
合情理:
(1) 經營者與消費者的議價能力是否對
等;
(2) 經營者有否規定消費者須遵守一些
條件,而該等條件對保障經營者的
合法權益而言,按理並非必要;
(3) 消費者會否明白與提供產品或服務
有關的文件;
(4) 在交易過程中,經營者有否對消費
者施加不當的影響或壓力,或採用
任何不公平的手法;及
(5) 消費者可向其他經營者獲得相同或
同等的產品或服務的情況及所需付
的款額。
1.5 不良的廣告及推銷手法
1.5.1 經營者不得採用不當的手法,作廣告宣
傳及推銷。現行法例對某些不良營商手
法加以限制,例如在《簡易程序治罪條
例》(第228章)下,招徠顧客 (touting)
或在公眾地方造成煩擾屬違法行為。《盜
竊罪條例》(第210章)及普通法中有關
合謀欺詐的規則,亦可保障消費者免受
經營者的誤導或欺騙。但若經營者在收
取顧客款項後,未能按照承諾向顧客提
供產品或服務,或採用餌誘手法作推
銷,法例上卻缺乏刑事制裁予以禁止;
但根據《刑事罪行條例》(第200章),
作出騷擾和威迫行為,以致構成恐嚇,
即屬違法。
1.5.2 送贈禮物或獎品的促銷手法:若以送贈
禮物或獎品作為推廣活動及促銷的手
法,經營者:
(1) 必須履行承諾,送贈禮物、獎品或
其他贈品給予消費者;
(2) 不得聲稱會送贈禮物、獎品或其他
贈品給予消費者,但事實上卻沒有
意圖把這些禮品真正送出或依其聲
稱送出;及
(3) 舉行奬券抽獎時,須遵守《政府獎
券規則》(第334A章) 所規定的條
件及方式。
1.5.3 收取貨款或服務費後的責任:收取貨款
或服務費後,經營者必須按照承諾向顧
客供應產品或服務。若明知不可能按照
承諾供應,經營者不應向顧客收取貨
款、服務費或其他代價。下列是一些公
認為不當的銷售手法:
(1) 在收取貨款或服務費時,經營者並
沒有意圖按承諾向顧客供應產品或
服務;
(2) 在收取貨款或服務費時,經營者已
知道能供應的產品或服務的質量,
會與所承諾的有很大差別;或
(3) 經營者明知或應知道不可能在指定
時間內或在合理時間內,向顧客供
應所購買的產品或服務。
1.5.4 餌誘式銷售手法:經營者必須依照推銷
時所公告的價格,出售產品或服務給其
顧客。並須在合理期間內,維持合理的
供應量。下列是一些公認為餌誘式銷售
手法,應予以遏止:
(1) 宣傳以特定的價格提供產品或服
務,但明知或應知道將不能按該價
格出售;或
(2) 宣傳以某價格供應產品或服務,但
明知或應知道將不能按該價格供應
一段合理的時間或合理的數量。
1.5.5 騷擾和壓迫顧客的手法:經營者不得對
顧客採用武力,或不當的騷擾或壓迫的
手法,以達成交易或促使顧客付款。
1.5.6 此外,若經營者因收受產品或服務供應
商提供的利益(包括佣金、回佣或其他
費用),作為經營者建議顧客購買產品或
服務的報酬;為避免對顧客不公平,在
顧客購買產品或服務前,必須告知顧客
經營者在當中涉及的任何金錢或商業利
益。
1.6 不公平的銷售手法
1.6.1 經營者不得採用不公平的銷售手法,從
顧客身上取得不合理的利益。本細則主
要針對層壓式銷售計劃及銷售非消費者
主動購買的產品或服務。
1.6.2 層壓式銷售計劃:層壓式推銷是違法的
推銷活動,簡單來說,如推銷計劃的參
與者在介紹另一名參與者加入該項計劃
時或之後可收取報酬,而報酬並非按有
關參加者實際銷售的產品或服務的公平
巿值計算,這項計劃被視為層壓式推銷
計劃。《禁止層壓式推銷法條例》(第355
章),明文禁止任何人士,從事這類的銷
售計劃,任何人明知而推廣層壓式推銷
計劃,即屬違法。
1.6.3 銷售非消費者主動購買的產品或服務:
香港現時並沒有特定法例處理這類銷售
手法,經營者銷售非消費者主動購買的
產品或服務時,應考慮以下各點,以免
構成不當的經營手法:
(1) 不拒絕不能當作已接受:經營者必
須具有合理理由,才可以向消費者
索取貨款或收取服務費用。但是,
若經營者未曾與消費者約定,便把
產品送達,就算後者未有表明不購
買該產品,前者也不能當作後者已
接受購買,並堅稱有權要求付款。
(2) 未獲授權無權要求付款:經營者若
沒有合理理由相信已獲得授權,不
得把別人或一些商號的業務種類,
收錄在其出版的名冊或指南內,而
要求有關人士向其繳付服務費。若
沒有授權別人去登錄自己的資料,
任何人士都可以拒絕繳付費用,或
取回已被收取的款項。
(3) 收到非主動購買產品時的責任:若
收到非主動購買的產品,消費者並
無責任繳付貨款。若產品在消費者
管有該產品期內遺失或損壞,除非
是消費者故意或不合法的行為所導
致,否則毋須為遺失或損壞而負責。
(4) 銷售非主動要求的信貸:香港並沒
有法例管制非主動要求的信貸,一
般來說,若未獲得任何要求或確
認,經營者不應向他人提供或繼續
提供信貸。例如,香港銀行公會及
存款公司公會的《銀行營運守則》
就信用卡的發行提供指引。第23.2
段指出「發卡機構在下列情況下方
可向客戶發卡:(a) 客戶要求發卡
機構發出新卡;或 (b) 為取代已發
出的卡或為已發出的卡續期。」
1.7 消費者交易所隱含的條件及保證條款
1.7.1 經營者與消費者交易時,必須承諾遵守
一切隱含的條件及保證條款。本細則闡
述主要的隱含的條件及保證條款。
1.7.2 可商售的品質:經營者出售產品予消費
者時,產品必須符合可商售的品質;但
下列事項,卻不受此約束:
(1) 以拍賣形式出售的產品;
(2) 在購入前,經營者已明確地促請消
費者注意的缺點;或
(3) 在購入前,消費者在合理檢驗產品
時會顯現的缺點。
1.7.3 適合特定的用途:經營者出售產品予消
費者時,若消費者曾以明示或默示的形
式,向經營者表達其欲購入產品的特定
用途,不管有關產品是否通常適合該特
定用途,該售出產品必須合理地適合該
特定的用途。需要特別注意的事項有:
(1) 若消費者在選購產品時並沒有或不
能合理地依憑經營者的技能或判斷
來購入產品,便不能引用這隱含條
件。
(2) 此外,以拍賣形式出售的產品也不
在此限。
1.7.4 憑產品說明售貨:若經營者憑產品的說
明與消費者達成交易,產品必須與產品
說明相符,這是一項隱含條件。如經營
者既憑產品說明又憑樣本出售產品予消
費者,產品須與產品說明及產品的樣本
同時相符。以拍賣形式出售的產品則不
受此約束。
1.7.5 憑樣本售貨:經營者與消費者交易的協
議,若曾以明示或默示方式表明是憑樣
本售貨者,該協議便包含有以下的隱含
條款:
(1) 整批產品的品質必須與樣本的品質
相符;
(2) 必須讓消費者有合理的機會把整批
產品和樣本作比較;及
(3) 產品須具可商售的品質,不得具有
經對樣本進行合理檢驗後而不能察
覺的缺點。
1.7.6 所有權、產權負擔及管有權:經營者出
售產品予消費者的協議中,均應具有下
列的隱含條件或保證條款:
(1) 經營者是有權出售該產品;以分期
付款銷售時,經營者有權把產權轉
移。
(2) 消費者可在不受干擾的情況下管有
和享用其所購入的產品,除非供應
商在達成交易前,已通知消費者該
件產品已有押記或具有產權負擔,
這隱含條件便不能生效。
(3) 若經營者在達成交易前,並沒有通
知消費者其所售出的產品已有押記
或具有產權負擔,該交易則應包括
一項隱含的保證條款,保證該件產
品是沒有任何押記或具有任何產權
負擔,而在產權轉移前,亦不會有
這樣的押記或產權負擔。
1.7.7 提供服務的隱含保證條款:《服務提供
(隱含條款)條例》(第457章)訂定服
務提供合約中隱含的條款。本細則就有
關的隱含條款,列出下列經營者應注意
的事項:
(1) 經營者須以合理程度的謹慎及技術
作出服務;
(2) 若合約沒有訂明作出服務的時間,
經營者須在合理時間內作出該項服
務;
(3) 若合約沒有訂定提供服務的代價,
消費者則須付出合理費用予經營
者;及
(4) 經營者向消費者提供服務時,若消
費者曾以明示或默示的形式向經營
者表達其所需要的服務必須切合特
定的目的或達到特定的效果,則經
營者所提供的服務及有關物料,均
須合理地切合該特定的目的,或具
有達到合理期望的性質及質素。但
若消費者並沒有或不能合理地依憑
經營者的技能或判斷來購買服務,
便不能引用這隱含條款。
1.7.8 豁免責任條款:在任何與消費者交易的
合約中,經營者不得加入或引用任何合
約條款,以圖減免、限制或改變其對消
費者應負的法律責任和限制或改變消費
者應獲得的保障。《管制免責條款條例》
(第71章) 對於可以藉合約條款或其他
方法而逃避民事法律責任(指因違約、疏
忽或其他不履行責任的作為所引致的民
事法律責任)的程度,加以限制,合約條
款的加入必須公平合理,才符合合理標
準;因此,經營者不能藉合約條款卸除
或局限因不履行《貨品售賣條例》(第
26章) 第14 條訂定的法律義務而產生
的法律責任。

If I can read this blog earlier, I would NOT even go to take the pictures. I am very regretted now as I have wasted too much time and $ with them, I shouldn't trust damn Miss Ng too easily in 1st place. Unfortunately, it is too late now as I paid the full price already. I totally agreed what other say, they are damn legitimate company which always try to drag people off street to try turn them into their beliver. I think the only thing we can do is share our stories and their different ways to trick us. We victim should show this blog to the media or report to "next magazine" as they always want interesting stories anyway. We need into get this company exposed to public and try to stop more and more innocent people falling into their trap. I wonder existing victim(s) or their "models" can read this and try to discuss their experience somewhere else or we can at least decide what should be our next steps..
HI ! 大家好！我係大概3 個月前嘅受害人亦都比咗服務費,我之後見度呢個留言板,我同家人去咗報警,警方問咗好多問題同比晒D文件警方睇, 佢地唔受理因為人地提供服務,而你係買個服務,當時我亦係自願比錢享用服務,只係一般商業糾紛,之後我屋企人搵咗D雜誌報館朋友,佢地睇咗D文件同問咗我一D問題,報館唔受理哩D商業糾紛,佢地話比錢係你情我願根本無違法,至於佢地收取D服務費用,佢地公司係有權做,同埋其實真係好多MODEL公司都有佢地嘅服務費用,當然要用佢地嘅服務就要比服務費,所以比錢之前一定要諗清楚,免得後悔.結果佢地打哩叫我去做job我都無去la!

HI,各位好!~我絕對相信這間公司(New Face Group)是"握"人公司, 因為你們的故事中,影相$960,但0個位姓吳的小姐話影相$1,360!!!!!!!!!~~~ 我未影過所以冇所謂可以影下,由於今日上去NG Group拎相, 佢講左好多好多大致上同大家一樣的話, 影左相仲要比多萬多元(Just for one year)我同佢講好貴冇錢,佢話VISA, 我都講左張visa的信用額已經爆左,佢都仲話要試0下, 我比佢試,還掂少少都碌唔到就冇所謂la,佢試左唔得,問我拿另一張,我話冇,佢仲好堅持咁當我水魚...拿了相我就走la,佢話會再call我.因為我好懷疑這公司,所以上NET找一找關於這公司的資料,發現影相影貴左...-_-!!!
