Divya's Last Night in Hong Kong

It seems like three weeks have passed by pretty quickly. It started with a facebook message from Vincent and it turned out to be nights of clubbing and shopping.
Divya we'll miss you. You're so open to our little international group and so willing to enhance everyone's experience. The night started off with a late dinner at El Taco Laco (El Taco Loco, Tel:2522 0214,Tsui Man Bldg, Central District) near the Pure Fitness. The first thing on the table was the Sangarita and then everyone started showing up. Aya started the night a bit depressed but we helped liven up her mood. The taco salad that I ordered didn't come out the way I thought it would. I'm use to the salad coming in a bowl or a shell that I can eat. This one was in a plastic container. Even though the place didn't rank high in the visuals department the salad was fairly filling. It was nice to have Mexican food again.
After dinner we went to join Cherie at Club Number 9. Jamie ran into Wins there, but I didn't have much to say to her aside from a courteous 'hello'. She's been a let down as a friend and I'd rather not have to deal with those types of people. It can be difficult in Hong Kong though. Sometimes you feel like you need to keep a friendship even though it might be really shallow. The Canadian side of me doesn't have to have to go through that.
Overall it was a great evening. Even when everyone else left I ended up taking Divya over to Volar to finish off the night. Work was tough the next day, but one of my troubled students was removed from my classes and that eased things up quite a bit.
