September 2007

September has been a slow month. Being "between jobs" really limits the amount of activities I can do. Though depression plays a part in it. I really have to moderate my activities, but it is so easy to just go crazy in Hong Kong.
Luckily consumption hasn't been such a big issue for me. I don't buy anything these days. My wardrobe recently has consisted of Diesel and 55DSL. Largely due to donations from a special friend of mine.
There have been a lot of virus/computer related problems amongst friends earlier this month. Peggy, whom I met while she was filming for a student movie, moved to Finland to study, but not before I had to go over to PolyU to fix her computer. We didn't have much time to get to know each other, but it was fun while she was around.
Ted moved into a new place at Diamond Hill and had a little house warming party there. He lives right by Methew, whom I see when I go play badminton.
Diana had her birthday at Dragon I, but I only got to see her for about 5 minutes. She was too busy it seems. Other birthdays this month include Kanae's birthday and of course my little brother's birthday.
Lots of people are leaving around this time. Peggy already left, Joyce will leave early October for Australia, and Angie has gotten herself engage and will be leaving for Oxford, England, around mid October.
Other friends are coming to visit though. Leon came by to visit again and we went out with Tiffany to go clubbing. October Sunny and Gene are dropping by so that means more partying with those two party animals.
It seems every once in a while I change to a different group of friends. I've been spending a lot of time with Joyce before she leaves. I've been trying to go play tennis more often, but for some reason I went only once this month. I cut out LKF for a while, but started to go back recently. Getting into clubs have been some what of a pain however.
I met some people from Vancouver recently. I played volleyball with them the other day and recently one of them had a birthday party over at CEO. One of the girls I met at the party apparently knows my cousins in Toronto! That's pretty far removed, and just proves even more how small this world really is.
